3rd District volunteers thank Guv for PhilHealth IDs

Volunteer workers from the Third District of Iloilo thanked Governor Arthur Defensor, Sr. for giving them PhilHealth benefits. A total of 1,961 service volunteers in the Third District received their PhilHealth cards on May 10 at the Janiuay covered gym.
